Digitizing Services

All custom emboidery orders must have their artwork digitized for our computerized embroidery machines to go into

|
production.if your artwork is not digitized,we can digitized your artwork for you!Please note that our digitizing services
|
|
incur a one-time fee.Once your artwork is digitized,you do NOT need to pay for this fee if you plan to re-order with us.

A: Yes,we do have a minimum order of 12 pieces.

Q: Can we change the color thread for certain products?

A: Yes,you can change the color thread for certain products.Although,excessive changing of thread colors for

products may result in a fee.

Q: Do you match PMS colors?
|
A: We try to match the thread color closely to the PMS color of your choice.you can also review our thread color |

Q: Do we need to pay the digitizing fee for every order?
|
|
A: No,you do not need to pay the digitizing fee for every order.The digitizing fee is a one-time fee.Just as long as
|
|
your logo stays the same(including the size of the logo)then you will not need topay any additional fees.

Q: For re-order,will there be an additional charge if we edit the logo?
|
|
A: Yes,there will be an edit fee if you need to edit the logo.This is because we need to digitize the file again.

Q: Which file formats are acceptable for my artwork?

|
A: We take most files but we recommend the following:JPG,PNG,PDF,TIFF,AI,EPS files.For more information

Q: How do i know how many stitches are in mydesign?

|
A: If you're unsure of how many stitches your design is,you can send in your artwork using our design inquiry

form.Once submitted,a customer representative will contact you with a price proposal and mock-up for you to
