majority of our products! In order to initiate a return, Please follow these steps:

1. Request for a Return Authorization (RA) number.To do this, you can do either of the
|
following:
|
a. Log into your account and request for a return when you view your order.
|
b. Call us at (877) 695-9722 to request for an RA number.Just make sure you have
|
you order or PO number ready
|
c. Email your return request to [email protected]
|
2. Once the RA request has been initiated,it does take 1-3 business days for our
|
warehouse to create that special RA number. We will send an email with the RA
|
number along with step-by-step return instructions for you to follow.
|
3. Following the return instructions,ship the items back to our warehouse.Please
|
note that we do not provide a shipping label back to the warehouse.
|
4. when the items are back into our warehouse,we will then refund you for the items
|
that were safely returnrd.
|
* Unfortunately,not all items can be returned.The items that CANNOT be returned are:

. Mill/Drop Ship Orders:
|
Orders that were shipped directly from the manufactures.Drop shipped/Mil items
|
will be marked clearly on the product page.Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be
|
return or exchange.If defective or damaged,we will accept returns on these
|
items and replace them as soon as possible.
|
. Close-Out/Discontinued Items:
|
Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.These items will be
|
marked clearly on the product page.
|
. Imprint Orders:
|
Merchandise that has been imprinted (embroidered or screen printed) cannot be
|
returned or exchanged. For more information on imprint order,please review out
|
Imprint Page.

. Used Products:
|
Merchandise that has been used or washed cannot be returned.
|
. Orders older than 30 days of purchase:
|
Orders that are older than 30 days (from the ship date) cannot be returned.
|
. All items must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request for a RA number,
|
please see above.
|
. if items are ddefective or you're received the incorrect size or color,we will happily
|
ship you the correct items as soon as possible. We will also send you a return label
|
to return the defective/incorrect items back to our warehouse.
|
. We do NOT offer exchanges on any of our merchandise. All items must be returned
|
and you can place a new order online.
|
. We do not refund for shipping charges. If your order contained the free shipping
|
promotion,you will be charged back for shipping of the items that were sent to you
|
AND the items that you are returning.
|
. A standard restocking fee of 15% will be applied.
|
. Once the items have arrived to our warehouse,it does take 5-10 business days to
|
inspect the items and return them back into our inventory.
|
. After inspection, we will then replease the refund. Please allow 1-7 business days for
|
the refund to show up on our bank statement. If it is not there, plaese contact us as
|
. soon as possible to get this resolved.
